Please read the information below in full prior to booking with Micro Hair Clinic. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions as well as the expectations as a client of Micro Hair Clinic.

Safety
Safety is our number one priority. We ask all clients to attend their appointments alone, no friends or family will be allowed in unless the client requires specific assistance. We have ZERO tolerance for rude or abusive behavior and any client who exhibits this behaviour will be asked to leave or will be forcibly removed by law enforcement. Clients who bring in weapons, alcohol or substances (including marijuana) onto the premises will be asked to remove the items from the property and upon refusal will be asked to leave or forcibly removed by law enforcement. Clients who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave or forcibly removed by law enforcement. For the safety of our clients and staff, all clients may be asked to provide proof of identification at their first appointment. If a client is removed or asked to leave the premises for any reasons mentioned in this clause, those clients will be required to pay for their session/appointment in FULL.
Booking - Consults
As a client or potential client of Micro Hair Clinic all clients are required to schedule a consult prior to their first appointment. Consults can be booked by email, phone or using our online booking system (subject to the privacy policies of that site/system). All consults are of zero cost to the client. If there is a need to cancel or reschedule a consult to please do so as soon as possible, preferably a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consult.
Booking - Services (Sessions)
All SMP sessions will be scheduled directly through Micro Hair Clinic by email, phone or in person. All sessions scheduled are subject to a non-refundable deposit. Clients who pre-pay for all sessions will be subject to a one-time non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total of all sessions. Clients who pay-per-session will be charged 25% of the session total at the time of booking each session. Any clients who wish to reschedule must do so 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled session to avoid losing their deposit. Any clients who reschedule within the 48 hours leading up to the scheduled session will lose their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit for the new session date. Clients who wish to cancel or no-show a session will not be refunded any deposits paid for that session regardless of the time frame.
Illness
We ask all clients to inform us prior to their in-person appointments (Sessions or Consults) if they are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms. This is to protect both our staff and the clients themselves. Clients who receive SMP treatments while sick may be at a greater risk for infection and/or complications due to a weakened immune system. Clients should be of good health for at least 1 week leading up to their SMP session, please keep this in mind and be sure to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance if needed.
Liability
All clients are required to fill out a client consultation form and liability waiver. Clients must read and sign this waiver and are encouraged to ask any questions at the time of signing. Clients who choose not to sign the waiver or do not agree to any statements on the form will be denied service. Once clients sign the waiver that is then used for and applied to all future appointments unless discussed. Clients are expected to follow proper pre and post care for their SMP treatments. Failure to do so can result in negative outcomes and possible infection or improper healing. If a client requires medical care following an SMP treatment with Micro Hair Clinic that client is must cover any associated cost themselves as Micro Hair Clinic is not liable. Micro Hair Clinic is not liable for any unexpected outcomes including, but not limited to; injury, infection, illness, scarring, undesirable results, pigment migration, pigment fading, improper healing etc.. Signed forms will be kept on file indefinitely and clients may request a copy of their form at anytime.
